STEPHEN L. HUGHES (STEVE)
Steve was born and raised in rural West Tennessee. He focuses his practice in the areas of creditor bankruptcy law, collections and commercial litigation, serving clients such as banks, bankruptcy trustees, creditor committees, agricultural lenders and individuals.
He formerly served as a County Commissioner in Gibson County, TN and actively serves in several charities and community events. He is a past chair of the Gibson County Bar Association and the current chair of the Bankruptcy Liaison Committee of the Western District of Tennessee, Eastern Division in Jackson.
